How was 7 Bells formed?
7 Bells is the result of two careers, two minds and one shared mission: to offer accounting and consulting services that are as strategic as they are human. Founded by a seasoned Management Consultant and a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of professional experience each into their respective fields. They saw the gaps in traditional firms and built 7 Bells to fill those gaps.
We specialise in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), Business Consulting, and tailored Accounting Solutions, crafted for founders who want more than compliance. We help visionary business owners lead with clarity, precision and bold strategic direction.

Khushbu is a Management Consultant and ex-Deloitte professional with over 15 years of experience leading global teams and delivering digital transformation. She partners with founders and leadership teams to shape strategy, build high-performing global teams, and drive scalable, sustainable growth through people‑centred solutions. She is the author of Leading Without Borders in the Handbook on Inclusive Leadership (Published by De Gruyter 2026).
Pankaj is an accomplished corporate advisory and accounting professional with over 15 years of public practice. As a qualified Australian Public Accountant and registered Tax Agent, he specialises in helping Australian businesses and individuals optimise their corporate and trust structures, navigate complex tax strategies, and ensure full regulatory compliance. His practical approach and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor for long-term financial sustainability.
