How was 7 Bells formed?

7 Bells is the result of two careers, two minds and one shared mission: to offer accounting and consulting services that are as strategic as they are human. Founded by a seasoned Management Consultant and a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of professional experience each into their respective fields. They saw the gaps in traditional firms and built 7 Bells to fill those gaps.

Pankaj is an accomplished accounting professional with over 15 years of experience across Australia and internationally in public practice. Known for his technical expertise, integrity, and client-first approach, he has delivered financial guidance across industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, media and professional services.

A recognised expert in Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) setup, compliance, and management, Pankaj helps individuals and businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence. His deep knowledge of business restructuring and tax strategy makes him a trusted advisor for clients seeking long-term financial sustainability.

Khushbu is an experienced Management Consultant and certified Trainer with over 15 years of experience leading global teams and delivering digital transformation projects across industries. With an Honours degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Human Resource Management, she blends analytical thinking with people-centric strategies to help businesses scale ethically and sustainably.
As a certified trainer, she designs and delivers adult learning programs to build and manage global teams, streamline processes through change and tech adoption. She is passionate about inclusive leadership and the thoughtful use of Gen AI to drive meaningful outcomes. She has authored 'Leading Without Borders' in the upcoming Handbook on Inclusive Leadership (De Gruyter, publishing early 2026), a global reference on Diversity and Inclusion. She stands among just three Australian voices in a cohort of 23 international thought leaders.
