How was 7 Bells formed?
7 Bells is the result of two careers, two minds and one shared mission: to offer accounting and consulting services that are as strategic as they are human. Founded by a seasoned Management Consultant and a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of professional experience each into their respective fields. They saw the gaps in traditional firms and built 7 Bells to fill those gaps.
We specialise in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), Business Consulting, and tailored Accounting Solutions, crafted for founders who want more than compliance. We help visionary business owners lead with clarity, precision and bold strategic direction.

Pankaj is an accomplished accounting and tax professional with over 15 years of experience across Australian and international public practice. Known for his deep technical expertise, calm judgement, and unwavering integrity, he partners with clients to deliver clear, practical financial guidance across a range of industries, including construction, real estate, healthcare, media, and professional services.
A recognised specialist in Self‑Managed Super Funds (SMSF), Pankaj advises on setup, compliance, and ongoing management, helping individuals and business owners confidently navigate complex regulatory environments. His strong foundation in business restructuring and tax strategy enables him to support clients through growth, change, and succession, always with a focus on long‑term financial sustainability rather than short‑term fixes.
Highly regarded for his client‑first approach, Pankaj is a trusted advisor to business owners who value transparency and thoughtful planning. He is also a regular speaker at local business hub events, where he shares practical insights on SMSF structuring and strategic tax planning, making complex topics accessible and actionable for business owners.
Khushbu is an experienced Management Consultant, certified Corporate Trainer, and Justice of the Peace (NSW). She has over 15 years of experience leading global teams and delivering digital and business transformation initiatives across industries. With an Honours degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Human Resource Management, she blends analytical rigour with people‑centric and founder‑led strategies to help small businesses scale ethically and sustainably. She works closely with founders and leadership teams to shape business strategy, drive practical business planning, and build high‑performing global teams through thoughtful hiring and integration models. Khushbu designs and delivers blended adult learning and leadership workshops, supporting organisations to embed change, optimise processes, and adopt technology, including the responsible use of Gen AI, to achieve meaningful outcomes. A strong advocate for inclusive leadership, she is the author of Leading Without Borders in the upcoming Handbook on Inclusive Leadership (De Gruyter, publishing on 1 June 2026), a global reference on Diversity and Inclusion. She stands among just three Australian contributors in a cohort of 40 international thought leaders.
