Khushbu Malhotra is an experienced Management Consultant, certified Corporate Trainer, and Justice of the Peace (NSW), with over 15 years of experience leading global teams and delivering digital and business transformation initiatives.
With a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and Human Resource Management, she combines analytical rigour with a people‑centred approach to help businesses scale sustainably and ethically. Khushbu works closely with founders and leadership teams to shape strategy, embed practical business planning, and build high‑performing global teams through thoughtful hiring and integration models.
She specialises in designing and delivering leadership and capability-building programs, supporting organisations to adopt technology, optimise processes, and implement change — including the responsible use of Gen AI.
